WEB Electrical Contracting Services Corporation was founded by William E. "Bird" Birdsong in 2001, specializing in Commercial and Industrial electrical work.

WEB experienced years of overall expansion and growth over the years, building a broader customer, employee, and contractor base.  By 2009 the company was providing services to nearby businesses, local and regional hospitals, county governments, universities, and multi-national industrial enterprises - valuable clients WEB continues to serve even today.

2010 brought change to WEB when Murphy Electric, formed by Matt Murphey in 2001, merged with WEB Electrical Contracting Services Inc.  This merger further expanded WEB Electrical Contracting Services Corporation's customer base. 

In addition, the merger brought additional talent and experience to the business and providing the resources to expand the business to other parts of the country and, more importantly, new industries.

WEB Electrical decided to focus on the energy/fuel industry, a field the company's founder had extensive prior experience. WEB's recent expansion and merger with Murphy Electric brought the necessary manpower, resources, and marketing manpower to the company - providing the necessary fuel the company needed to grow into the all-important energy industry.

WEB Electrical is committed to supporting those customers and industries who have been the foundation of the company's success and expanding into an exicting future with new customers and a wider range of industries.
